Why Research Commuting?

Some people find commuting to and from work to be a frustrating and stressful part of their day, while others do not mind commuting. A few people even report enjoying their commute.

Studying people's reactions to commuting is allowing us to better understand the factors that influence how people respond to it.

We want to know about your commute.

We want all types of commuters (e.g., automobile drivers, carpoolers, mass transit users, bikers, walkers, etc.) 18 years or older and living in the United States to participate.

You can tell us about your commute by using our on-line surveys, which are posted periodically throughout the year. The surveys take about 20 minutes and you will be entered into drawings for possible gift cards to Target.
